Road style Bhuna chicken

Bhuna chicken is the famous indian chicken dish and considered as a lighter version of take away favorites. Here i made this recipe within 6 basic ingredients.. the masala is made with red chillis, garam masala, garlic, ginger, and curd that is used for flavouring different types of meat and vegetables curries..

The indian spices used are rich in spiciness, flavourful and aromatic.. Bhuna is sauteing the chicken with spices and cooking the meat in lowflame for few hours. The slow cooking process helps chicken to cook it in own juices. This process results in giving a deep strong flavours with some very thick sauce..

The chicken in a slow cooking process along with freshly ground spices gives an amazing golden colour to the dish.. So i hope that you must try this and give me a comments about this recipe...
